ORDERING, SHIPPING & RETURNS

Standard first-class shipping via USPS is FREE in the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.
Canada currently carries a flat rate of $17.99 USD, and Japan $19.99 USD.
Carrier prices fluctuate and are subject to change without notice.
Currently we ship to the United States and Puerto Rico, Canada, and Japan. More countries will be added over time. If you are in a country that isn’t listed and wish to order, please contact us for accommodations.
Generally, US shipping takes anywhere from 2-6 business days, depending on where you are in the country.
Items marked, “print-on-demand” may add 1-3 days on top of the usual 2-6 day window.
International shipping times vary greatly, but you should receive a tracking number to follow your shipment.
No problem, we understand! First, double check the area where you normally receive packages: your porch, by your door, behind a column, a parcel locker, etc. Sometimes they leave the package with a landlord or neighbor if you live in an apartment or condo.
You can also open a case online with USPS, so they can verify if the package was misdelivered or incorrectly scanned.
If all else fails, we can help. Please reach out to us if your package never arrives and it has been over 24 hours since status was changed to delivered.
While a small shop like ours definitely feels the impact of returns, we want you to be happy with your purchase! If you’re unhappy with it for any reason, please contact us via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or Instagram (@royalewithtees), within 14 days of delivery.
In the event that you do wish to return your item, we’ll ask for your:
- Order number, and
- Reason for return
Refunds are typically processed 5-10 days after receiving your returned items.
We use USPS, UPS and FedEx in the US. If ordering outside the US, these carriers may transfer shipments to your local post.
We accept VISA, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. You may also pay with PayPal.
ApplePay is available for some users, generally those using iPhone, Apple Wallet or the Safari browser.
Some custom orders may also pay by check or money order in some instances.
Obviously for orders made directly on the online shop, payments must be made at checkout.
For custom or corporate orders, 100% down payment is requiredc prior to production.

We design, screenprint and package all Royale with Tees™-branded tees here in the USA. The fabric used are from major brands, and are considered imported.
Officially-licensed merchandise, such as STAR WARS®, MTV® and CARTOON NETWORK®, are printed by third-parties. Officially-licensed merchandise varies in material, style, and quality, but must meet minimum retail standards by their respective brands. Royale with Tees™ is generally not associated with the companies whose products are sold on this website.
As a small shop, we certainly don’t have the resources of larger stores, but we strive to be environmentally conscious.
Our main box packaging is made from 99% post-consumer product, and 100% recyclable. For the past 5 years, we have hand printed our packaging using non-toxic, water-based ink. The interior packaging removes the plastic bags shirts are usually packaged in. To top it off, our neck tags are made from recylced t-shirts!
We should note that on rare occasions, when there are no other options, we may ship with alternative materials.
